Job Description

We are a small order fulfillment and customer service operation seeking an experienced CSR.

Holistic health product knowledge is mandatory for this position

Our CSR team works closely with inventory control, packing, and shipping to deliver excellence in customer order fulfillment and overall satisfaction. This is an all-encompassing role which requires assisting our customers with selecting the best products for them, working with them to determine best shipping options, working to resolve customer questions and feedback, and working closely with our inventory and shipping departments to expedite deliver of orders in the most cost-effective manner.

We utilize proprietary software as well as MS Office Suite. Accordingly, computer proficiency, experience with MS Office Suite, and the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar software is necessary for this role.

Specific Duties Include

:

Develop an in-depth understanding of products to ensure accuracy of information provided to customers Build rapport with customers to establish and maintain a strong customer relationship Receive and make customer calls to fulfill orders in a timely, professional, and understanding manner Work closely with internal team members to determine best products and/or services for customers Accurately document all customer communication and inquiries Work with internal team members to ensure scheduled breaks and internal meetings are scheduled appropriately to ensure phone lines are sufficiently covered during operating hours Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues to ensure positive customer experience Identify customer inquiry and order trends and provide feedback to improve processes Other related duties as needed

Strong computer and software knowledge and skills Stellar customer service skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Excellent time-management skills Being able to work as part of a team as well as independently The ability to empathize, have patience, and maintain a positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
