Customer Service Representative
who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for both property owners and guests, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Monitor and manage daily guest check-ins, check-outs, and booking schedules across various platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)
Track and report on daily operations, including housekeeping coordination and maintenance updates
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of each property's unique features, rules, and service needs
Support the operations and sales teams by documenting processes and flagging urgent issues
Proactively follow up on client needs and resolve issues with professionalism and care
Qualifications
1+ year experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Tech-savvy: comfortable with scheduling tools, messaging platforms, Excel/Google Sheets
Mandarin or Cantonese proficiency is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: CAD $42,000 - $50,000 per year (based on experience)
