Devon Transport prides ourselves in provide efficient and friendly service to all of our customers for their car rental and storage needs. The staff at this location are responsible for processing rental transactions, providing value-based recommendations of our products and services, basic administrative tasks, and communicating effectively all while upholding high standards of service in a fun and positive work environment.
Position Responsibilities
Answering customer inquiries
Quoting Rates effectively
Processing rental transactions for car, truck and storage
Assist in property cleaning duties
Maintaining product knowledge and effectively communicating benefits
Communicating with location staff, support departments, and other city locations through email and by phone.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and solving customer service disruptions as needed
Following service based sales recommended dialogue.
Communicating policies and procedures effectively to customers.
Continually learning best practices
Engaging in training as required.
Completing administrative tasks as directed by management.
Identifying fleet needs for same day and upcoming days.
Clean vehicles to a high standard of cleanliness
Identify and record damage, communicating with customers through claims process
Position Requirements:
Customer Service focused.

Willingness to learn.
Qualifications and Experience
General communication with team members.
General customer service.
Vehicle knowledge considered an asset.
Experience with storage considered an asset
Class 5 driver's license. (required)*

Cleaning skills (residential, commercial or vehicle detailing)
Working Conditions
Schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
4 day work week, 10 hours per day with 3 days off each week.
Large storage facility with access for ongoing customer traffic
Ongoing training and feedback.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
