Salary Range: $50,000 - $58,000 CAD annually

NOTE - THIS JOB IS LOCATED IN Mississauga for the next 60-90 days and then relocates permanently to Oakville, ON.



North American air purifier manufacturer is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate & Customer Service Representative to join our team in Oakville, ON. This position combines hands-on warehouse operations with customer service and CRM data support. The successful candidate will assist the Warehouse Manager with order processing, shipping, receiving, and returns, while also handling inbound customer inquiries related to orders, shipping status, product functionality, and returns.

This dual role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of some physical warehouse activity and administrative/customer-facing responsibilities.

Assist the Warehouse Manager with order picking, packing, and fulfillment. Support shipping and receiving functions, including preparing labels, inspecting incoming goods, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Process and document customer returns in accordance with company procedures. Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment. Learn and support warehouse systems and software used for order management and logistics coordination. Serve as part of the Customer Service Help Desk, responding to inbound calls and emails regarding: Equipment function or troubleshooting Shipping delays or damages Order discrepancies and returns processing Order placement and product return entry Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, ensuring prompt issue resolution. Perform data entry and record maintenance in the company CRM system (Sage CRM or similar). Assist with customer file cleanup and data accuracy projects within the CRM. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and follow-up on customer issues.
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or customer service role. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems (experience with Sage CRM is preferred but not required). Ability to lift to 40 lbs and perform basic warehouse duties safely. Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take initiative. Strong time management skills with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities. Ability to initially work in Mississauga and then work permanently in Oakville, ON.
