Position: Customer Experience Associate
Location: Victoria, BC
Schedule: Part-time, Monday-Friday, 10 AM-2 PM
Job Type: Temporary (with potential extension)
Are you organized, reliable, and love keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our friendly, fast-paced team in Victoria!
In this role, you'll help track orders, prepare shipments, and support daily operations to ensure every customer receives exceptional service. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, teamwork, and attention to detail.
What You'll Do:
- Track and expedite orders through internal systems
- Prepare, clean, and package outgoing shipments
- Maintain organization and efficiency in the workspace
- Collaborate with your team to deliver top-notch results
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (Windows)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and a team-focused mindset
- Experience in shipping, logistics, or optics is an asset (training provided)
