THE OPPORTUNITY AT ANIAN
As part of our Customer Service team, you'll play a key role in supporting our community by handling inquiries via phone, email and live chat, resolving order-related issues, and representing the ANIAN brand with professionalism and care.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
Experience with customer service calls and emails is an asset
Minimum 50 WPM typing speed
Must be detail-oriented and organized
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive and empathetic attitude when dealing with customers
Ability to handle customer concerns and problem-solve independently
Must be punctual and reliable
Must be a dependable team player with a flexible and adaptable approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced office setting with minimal supervision
