We are a busy local flower shop looking for a
part-time Customer Service Team Member
to join our front-of-house crew. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. You'll be part of a small but mighty team that values positivity, teamwork, and creativity!
Your responsibilities would include:
Greet and assist customers in the shop with care, enthusiasm, and professionalism
Take and process customer orders both in-person and over the phone
Communicate clearly and kindly via email and phone with customers
Enter orders into our POS system accurately and efficiently
Handle cash and electronic payments, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain and organize daily paperwork, order tickets, and receipts
Keep the front of shop tidy, inviting, and beautifully staged
Support the design team with general shop upkeep and occasional small tasks
Requirements
Previous retail and customer service experience
(required)
Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Comfortable using computers, email, and phone systems
Dependable and punctual - reliability is key in our small team
Availability on Saturdays (10am-3pm)
is required
A genuine interest in flowers and design is a big plus!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.85 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
