East Side Liquor Store is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused female individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service Operate the POS system to handle cash, debit, and credit transactions Maintain store cleanliness and ensure shelves are well-stocked Check and verify customer ID in accordance with liquor regulations Assist with unloading and organizing inventory Address customer questions and concerns professionally
Requirements:

Must be 19 years of age or older (as per BC liquor laws) Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required Strong communication skills Friendly and approachable attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
