We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team! The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for customers/players seeking help with our games and other products. You will resolve technical issues, answer product questions, and ensure our customers receive an exceptional support experience. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for creating positive interactions. Responsibilities
Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via email, or chat, demonstrating excellent etiquette and communication skills.
Provide troubleshooting assistance for account issues, device compatibility, gameplay questions, and payment/subscription concerns.
Escalate technical issues, bugs, or complex cases to internal teams as needed.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions in our support system.
Follow internal scripts and policies while adapting communication to meet the needs of each customer.
Analyze customer interactions to identify trends or areas for improvement, contributing insights for ongoing service enhancements.
Qualifications
2-3 years experience in customer service, preferably in tech, gaming, or a consumer-facing environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Patience, empathy, and a strong customer-first mindset.
Comfortable explaining digital tools to users with varied levels of technical experience.
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, OTRS, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and warmth.
Commitment to child safety and privacy best practices.
