About Our Client
Our client, a manufacturing company in the surrounding Vaughan area, is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders through EDI, email, and fax
  • Prepare and issue invoices
  • Coordinate shipments and prepare all related documentation
  • Maintain accurate inventory and production reports
  • Respond to customer inquiries and address quality concerns promptly
  • Monitor order status throughout the production process and communicate updates as needed
Requirements
  • University or College degree will be considered an asset
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill?s
  • Attention to detail and the ability to use Excel
  • Technical aptitude with ERP experience
  • Excellent communication skills
