As a customer service representative with EBus in Vancouver, you'll be the friendly guide who answers questions and ensures every passenger's journey is as smooth and stress-free as possible. You won't just be behind a counter; you'll be part of the moments that help people connect across BC and Alberta. What You'll Do:
Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or online
Book, change, and cancel ticket reservations
Process payments and booking transactions
Support customers with our online booking system
Help with check-in, luggage storage, and boarding
Answer inquiries with kindness and accuracy
Keep the ticket office organized and stocked
Perform light cleaning and basic administrative tasks
What We're Looking For:
Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, and split shifts)
Ability to work from either location is required
A friendly, service-first attitude
Strong verbal communication skills
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Quick learner with great attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using a computer
Reliable team player who works well independently as well as with a team
Employment is contingent upon receiving a favorable background check
Certified in First Aid training is considered an asset
Relevant job experience is considered an asset
