Duties

Handle cash transactions securely and accurately when required, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality through analysis of customer feedback and call metrics.
Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other computer tools to streamline workflows.
Demonstrate strong analysis skills to identify trends or recurring issues and suggest process improvements for enhanced client support.
Qualifications
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse customer base effectively.
Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred; familiarity with outbound calling is a plus.
