Duties

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service. Selling our line of fitness products Provide accurate information regarding products and services while addressing customer concerns. Utilize effective phone etiquette to create positive interactions with customers. Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges. Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. Engage in upselling opportunities by identifying additional products that meet customer needs. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Help with merchandising the store Help with loading up customer products as needed

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Strong communication skills in English Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions. Knowledge of sales techniques and experience in upselling is a plus. Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism under pressure. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
