Your Role and Responsibilities

As the primary point of contact for Busy Bee Gold, you will ensure a memorable and positive experience for every client.

Greet each customer with warmth and offer personalized solutions tailored to their garment care needs.

Receive and inspect garments, with extra care for high-end and delicate items.

Efficiently manage client transactions from drop-off to pick-up.

Follow up with clients as needed to guarantee satisfaction and smooth service.

Work collaboratively within a team dedicated to excellence and mutual support.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an individual with the expertise and mindset to thrive and grow in a premium service environment.

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a luxury or premium setting, or 3+ years in retail or hospitality.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Dedication to professionalism and high standards in every interaction.
