Job Description
Our client, a homegrown Canadian retail brand with international reach is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Richmond, BC. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the customer care of a nation-wide customer base, including requests for information, orders, and other customer needs. The ideal candidate will be passionate, collaborative, and detail orientated with a strong data entry background.
Customer Service Representative responsibilities:
- Consistently provide superior customer service to customers
- Maintains communications and provides expert knowledge to customers in a fast-paced environment in both French and English
- Collaborate with various departments to provide optimal solutions to meet the needs of the customers
- Conducts order entry with a high degree of accuracy
- Support in the development and implementation of campaigns
- Special projects as assigned by the team
- Provide relevant information to customers and sales employees
- 3 years of customer service experience
- College diploma or equivalent is required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills and strong phone etiquette
- High attention to details
- Enjoys collaboration and teamwork
- Ability to cultivate productive working relationships
- Adaptable and flexible
- The discussed salary range is $50,000-$55,000 depending on experience
