Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Office hours are Monday to Saturday with flexible days.

Successful applicants will be required to go through a security screening process. The job location is in Trenton, Ontario.

Responsibilities

Ideal candidate must be friendly, and posses patience. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery. Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple requests.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with flexible hours, schedule can be discussed (FT or PT) Customer Service experience required Minimum high school education required. This position requires successful completion of a security screening process. Employment will commence upon receipt of security clearance.

NOTE

This position requires undergoing a lot of training and understanding hefty material. The first 3 months will be a probationary period with a wage of 18$/hour, based on performance following the probation period, the wage will be increased to 20$/hour.
