Job Description

Rosedale Transport in Delta is hiring for a Customer Care Position. This position is for an individual who has previous Customer Care experience in the Transportation Industry with excellent communication skills.

Work Week:

Monday to Friday - 8am to 4:30 pm

Rate of Pay:

$23.250 - $24.25 per hour

You must be able to complete administrative tasks to ensure the operation runs smoothly and efficiently. Computer skills are essential (working knowledge of Microsoft applications including excel). Familiarity with Truckmate would be an asset. You must also be reliable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Description:

Complete clerical duties as required. Handle all administrative/clerical responsibilities related to storage and inventory accounts in Datex for order picking.Respond to incoming calls/emails and provide required information. Could include tracing shipments, POD requests, appointments, entering pickups, etc. Ensure all emails are responded to by end of day. Send HFPU notificationsFollow up on special instructions for shipments, and handle manual billing for accounts. Communication with other Terminals as required. Assist with OS&D and coordinate warehouse returns and salvage--record notes in the system. Handle difficult calls in a professional manner at all times.
