Customer Service Representative
who understands the creative process and takes pride in delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the customer registration and onboarding process
Follow up on registrations, leads, and inquiries through to closure
Use a CRM system to accurately track all customer interactions
Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and social media channels
Follow up with customers regarding order issues and resolve them efficiently
Work closely with production to ensure orders are completed and shipped within established timelines
Assist clients with material and finish selections, pricing inquiries, and product recommendations
Research and resolve customer queries in a timely, organized, and systematic manner
Deliver a consistently positive customer experience that builds brand loyalty and long-term client relationships
Provide best-in-class service across all customer touchpoints, supporting satisfaction and retention

Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple orders or projects simultaneously
Proficiency with computer systems and software applications (CRM experience preferred)
Genuine excitement about helping others.
Ability to handle customer complaints with ease, providing solutions in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ability to create professional relationships with clients in order to provide appropriate recommendations.
Keeping a thorough record of all interactions with clients.
Going the extra mile to engage customers.
Ability to interact with and adapt to all personality types.
Preferred Qualifications
2-3 years of customer service or order coordination experience (preferably in photography, printing, or creative production)
Working knowledge of photographic processes, digital image formats, and print specifications (e.g., DPI, bleed, color correction)
Comfortable working with professional photographers and creative studios
Strong organizational and administrative skills, including CRM, invoicing, and order tracking systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Experience with Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop is a strong asset
