We're looking for a

Customer Service Representative

who's passionate about creating a seamless, premium experience for every client. You'll be the connection between our clients, sales team, and logistics partners, ensuring every detail is handled with care and precision.

Role Overview



Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-store visits Provide friendly, professional, and solution-oriented support to resolve client questions or concerns Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders Track and update customer orders, ensuring clients are informed of status changes and timelines Manage after-sales communication, including returns, exchanges, and service requests Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and follow-ups in our CRM system Assist with showroom operations such as appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and light administrative tasks Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure a cohesive and premium customer experience Support overall showroom organization and ensure presentation aligns with brand standards

Qualifications



2+ year of customer service or administrative experience (retail, showroom, or design industry preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Tech-savvy -- comfortable using CRM systems, email, and scheduling tools Positive, professional, and empathetic demeanour under pressure Availability on weekends and during retail peak hours Fluency in multiple languages is a bonus
