Qualifications
Must be at least 22 years of age and have a valid G class driver's license with an excellent driving record.
Must not have any criminal record.
Must provide driver's abstract and police report during the interview.
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service
Basic computer and mobile navigation skills
Ability to work 40 hours per week including day and evening shifts
Mon - Fri: 07:30 am - 06:00 pm
Must be willing to wear company uniforms
Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Role and Responsibilities:
Deliver rental vehicles to accident scenes, body shops, dealerships, and collision reporting centers.
Qualify customers and complete rental agreements using handwritten rental agreements or digital rental agreements on tablets
Respond to and anticipate customer service needs and issues
Inform customers about Advantage cars and offer other services and benefits
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly base salary plus additional lucrative commission plans and incentives
Full training to learn the in and out of the business
