Customer Service (Answering Phones and Responding to Client Inquiries or Directing Clients to Appropriate Department/Person)
Checking Voicemails and Responding to client inquiries in a timely fashion
Order Entry (Sales and Rentals)
Contacting clients to confirm delivery and pick-up dates and generate additional sales or rentals
Experience in conflict resolution and de-escalation
Complete Training and Certifications as Required (Mobility, Lifts, Aids to Daily Living)
Daily processing, maintenance and overall management of the private rental program
Management of reports as required by management
Educational Requirements
High School Diploma
Post-Secondary education is not required but considered a definite asset
Medical or rehabilitation based certification is not required but considered a definite asset
Prerequisites
Strong interpersonal and verbal skills
Proven experience in sales and customer service
Comfortable contacting clients and healthcare professionals over the telephone and speaking to them in person
Strong business development skills
Works harmoniously and effectively with others
Self-motivated
Excellent time management skills, and the ability to multi task
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and POS based software
