Job Description


We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client in Toronto, Ontario. This is a 4 month contract position offering an excellent opportunity to build your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and courteously to inbound customer calls, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Manage email correspondence to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and order details.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up on customer requests.
  • Process order entries while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to organize and document customer-related data.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of courtesy and empathy when addressing customer needs.
  • Actively contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role.
  • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a customer-focused approach.
  • Previous experience working in Tech troubleshooting required.
  • Strong skills in data entry and managing email correspondence.
  • Familiarity with scheduling appointments and order processing systems.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Previous insurance, real estate, or mortgage experience an asset but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience using a ticketing system such as JIRA or Zendesk an asset but not mandatory.
