Customer Service Representative (Temporary Pop-Up)
When: March 27 to 30, 2024

Location: Downtown Toronto
Posting Closing Date: February 23, 2024

Universal Music Canada is excited to be opening a pop-up store Downtown Toronto. If you want to experience retail in its best form, in the music industry, the chance is here! It will be fun, and fast-paced, with lots of energy, lots of people, and loads of artist products.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with purchase decisions

Retrieve merchandise from sale floor and stock room (I.e. Keeping the stockroom running effectively and productively by ensuring merchandise stays stocked and organized)

Representing Universal Music Canada in an energetic and friendly manner

Answering questions about products and services

Processing orders and transactions

Provide proactive customer outreach

Love of a fast-moving work environment

Handling customer inquires

Stock room duties (i.e. keeping the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise stays stocked and organized)

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Must be 18+

Excellent communication skills

Customer Service and sales experience within retail

Ability to anticipate customer needs

Must have open availability, working days, evenings and weekends

Experience with customer service point of sale platforms

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
