Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for inbound inquiries and requests on the BrainStation Sales team. Leveraging a number of technology tools and processes, the Customer Service Representative will provide best in class customer service to potential and existing BrainStation students, while also supporting the Sales and Education Experience teams on their initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound and outbound inquiries via multiple communication channels
  • Provide potential and existing BrainStation students with information in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
  • Managing student profiles across various web applications and our CRM to ensure that interactions are properly documented and monitored
  • Support the sales, education experience and delivery teams by fielding incoming requests and connecting students with the right individuals within the organization
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate with internal teams to resolve
  • Other projects aligned to the growth plans of the sales, education experience and marketing teams
Successful Candidates Will Have
  • Bachelor\'s degree
  • Proven ability to work independently and with teams
  • An outgoing, energetic, and upbeat personality
