Job Description


Our client, a pharmaceutical manufacturer, is currently looking to hire a full-time, permanent Bilingual Customer Service Representative for their office based in the GTA. The incumbent will be responsible for processing customer orders on time while ensuring accuracy and compliance reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager.

Accountabilities:

  • Process customer orders in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve customer inquiries and/or concerns
  • Responsible for ordering shipments and/or deliveries as well
  • Build strong professional relationships with customers and other stakeholders
  • Maintain and record customer orders accurately
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s and/or College diploma is considered an asset (not a requirement)
  • Current and/or previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and/or interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to communicate and/or write in French is recommended
