Job Description
Boreal Solutions LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the janitorial and sanitation supply industry. This role combines customer support with order processing and coordination between sales, warehouse, and accounting teams. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping customers, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Process customer orders, inquiries, and returns. Enter orders into Sage 300 and ensure accuracy of invoices. Communicate with warehouse and drivers to coordinate deliveries. Provide timely and professional customer support by phone and email. Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting.
What We're Looking For
2+ years' experience in customer service, order desk, or invoicing. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal English skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Sage 300 or ERP systems an asset. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Full driver's license with clean abstract. Ability to pass a criminal records check. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform light warehouse tasks as needed. Experience in janitorial/chemical supply industry is a plus.
