Are you looking for a dynamic role where no two days are the same? Our grocery store is hiring a

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

to assist with both store operations and our U-Haul rental services.

What You'll Do:

Grocery Store Responsibilities:

Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked, organized, and clean, reflecting our store's high standards. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in locating products and answering questions. Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize losses. Rotate products according to expiration dates and store guidelines to ensure freshness and quality. Assist in receiving and unloading new shipments, verifying products against invoices and storing inventory appropriately. Follow all store policies and procedures for safety and cleanliness to create a safe shopping environment for everyone. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and maintain efficient store operations. Participate in setting up promotional displays and store merchandising to enhance product visibility and sales. Handle basic customer inquiries and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate team member. Be proactive in identifying potential hazards on the shop floor and taking immediate action to prevent accidents.

U-Haul Rental Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries via phone and in-store regarding U-Haul rentals. Process truck and trailer reservations, rentals, and returns. Assist customers in connecting trailers to their vehicles safely. Ensure all U-Haul equipment is clean and properly maintained. Provide excellent customer service and resolve rental-related concerns.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
