What You'll Do
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
to support our daily operations. In this role, you will communicate directly with customers and their representatives, enter and update order information, and ensure all requests are processed according to company policies and procedures. Your work will directly support other internal teams
You will:
Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding inquiries, order updates, and service requests.
Accurately enter, update, and maintain order information in the TMS.
Review customer requests to ensure they meet company standards and required documentation is provided.
Coordinate internally with Dispatch, Warehouse, Billing, and other departments to ensure tasks can be completed without delays.
Review internal reports to verify that assigned tasks have been completed and follow up where needed.
Follow all company policies, SOPs, and workflow procedures.
Track and follow up on time-sensitive requests or exceptions.
Troubleshoot basic service issues and escalate when necessary.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer care in all interactions.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
Previous experience in transportation, logistics, warehousing, or a CSR role preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
Proficiency with computers; Microsoft suite, experience with TMS software is an asset.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
