We're looking for bright, energetic individuals to join our

Customer Service Team

on a

12 - month contract

. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your work directly supports our patients and customers.

Applicants must be available to work

full-time (37.5 hours per week)

anytime between

12:00 am - 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday

, and

7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday to Sunday

.

Key Responsibilities



Respond to customer inquiries and confirm order details Ensure customer needs are your top priority Resolve customer concerns respectfully and efficiently Verify prescription details to ensure order accuracy Accurately enter and maintain data in our custom database Identify and escalate issues to team leads or managers Provide product and service information to customers Recognize, document, and report trends in customer chats or calls Document issues and resolutions clearly and consistently Stay up to date on new products and services Contribute to developing customer service solutions and identifying website issues

Key Skills and Qualifications



Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written, and telephone) Strong typing and computer literacy (MS Office and Internet proficiency) Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Minimum

1 year of customer service experience

required Knowledge of Spanish is an asset Post-secondary education is considered an asset Friendly, professional, and empathetic attitude Strong work ethic, quick learner, and self-motivated Works well both independently and as part of a team Flexible and open to a rotating monthly schedule
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
