About the Position

This position is at our head office located in Surrey, BC.
This position is an important supporting role for Customer Service as well as Customs processing.

Description & Responsibilities are as follows,

Monitoring email and department inbox

Timely and efficient call handling

Customer service

Updating shipment status in several computer systems throughout the day

Receiving and checking documents

Tracing Shipments

Responsible for scanning documents into imaging and updating the indexing queue

Sourcing pick-up documents and proof of deliveries on Carrier websites

Booking appointments, coordinating with customers and dispatch personnel

In constant communication with city drivers and internal departments

Various administrative duties as assigned

Experience and Qualifications

High School diploma

Cheerful and professional

Soft Skill Proficient

Self-starter with problem solving skills

Good time management skills

Strong keyboard skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

Proficient computer skills

Call center experience an asset
