Primary Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Provide customer support regarding products, services, policies and resolve complaints with minimal management assistance
\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to upsell the customer to purchase more expensive items, upgrades or other add-ons in an attempt to make a more profitable sale
\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate functional responsibilities of products, services, fittings, EPOS, MMS, cycle counts, incoming orders, sales paperwork, cash control, government or funding programs, stocking and facing shelves as well as booking appointments
\xc2\xb7 Articulate company rewards (PC Optimum) and any promotional events
\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain working knowledge of customer needs/issues and industry trends
\xc2\xb7 Participate on project teams, driving integrated services and case management
\xc2\xb7 Effectively communicate with internal and external customers
\xc2\xb7 Consult with and provide seamless backup to more senior Customer Service Representatives
Skills, Knowledge & Education
Skills:
\xc2\xb7 Possesses well developed Customer Service Representative skills and depth of capability in several areas based on each stores\xe2\x80\x99 needs
\xc2\xb7 Basic Knowledge in PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Web-interface)
\xc2\xb7 Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong telephone manner
\xc2\xb7 Demonstrates CORE Values and has the ability to make connections, build trust and be authentic
Education & Job Knowledge:
\xc2\xb7 Holds a High School Diploma
\xc2\xb7 Basic knowledge in all categories and vendor training in:
\xc2\xb7 Diagnostic & Therapy
\xc2\xb7 Daily Living Supplies
\xc2\xb7 Mobility
\xc2\xb7 Supports & Braces
\xc2\xb7 Incontinence
\xc2\xb7 Sleep
\xc2\xb7 CPAP/Respiratory (depending on location)
\xc2\xb7 Basic knowledge in Customer Relations Management program
\xc2\xb7 Health & Safety Certification
\xc2\xb7 Compression (Sigvaris) Training \xe2\x80\x93 offsite
\xc2\xb7 First Aid Training \xe2\x80\x93 offsite and if applicable

\xc2\xb7 Customer Excellence

Experience:
\xc2\xb7 0 \xe2\x80\x93 2 relevant experience (retail preferred)
