REPRESENTANT DU SERVICE CLIENT / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Relevant de la Gestionnaire Service Client et Amilioration Continue, le representant du service client (CSR) repond et transfere les appels telephoniques, prend des messages, dirige les commandes de propane au repartiteur, assure la saisie des donnees et effectue d'autres taches administratives.

RESPONSABILITES

Repondre aux appels telephoniques, les transferer, prendre des messages et fournir des informations selon les demandes ; Maintenir a jour les documents requis des sous-traitants, tels que les licences ; Classer les documents selon le systeme de classement ; Traiter les factures des camions; Obtenir des copies des inspections et assurer la saisie des donnees; Expliquer la facture aux clients; Generer des opportunites pour les representants des ventes via notre CRM; Emettre des factures a la demande des clients; Repondre aux courriels des clients et des sous-traitants ; Encaisser les paiements des clients; Recueillir les informations necessaires au mode de paiement des clients ou leur expliquer comment payer en ligne.
EXIGENCES REQUISES

Diplome d'etudes secondaires ; Trois (3) ans d'experience pertinente ; Bilingue; (Francais & Anglais) Disponible pour travailler une demi-journee le week-end; Excellentes competences en service a la clientele; Meticuleux(se) et bien organise(e); Capacite a travailler en equipe.

Reporting to the Customer Service & Continuous Improvement Manager, the CSR answers and forwards telephone calls, takes messages, directs propane orders to the dispatcher, ensures data entry and performs other office duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Answers and forwards phone calls, takes messages and provides information as requested; Maintains required contractors' documents such as licenses; Files documents according to the filing system; Process truck invoices; Responsible for obtaining copies of inspections and ensuring data entry; Explains the invoice to the customer; Generate leads to sales rep through our CRM; Issue invoices at the request of customers; Respond to emails from customers and contractors; Assist as other administrative task as need: Take payments from customers; Takes information required by customers' payment method or explain to them how to pay online.
REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma; Three (3) years of relevant experience; Bilingual; (French & English) Must be able to work half a day on weekends; Excellent customer service; Must be meticulous and well organized; Ability to work in a team environment.
