We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
Assist customers with order processing, account management, and issue resolution
Utilize data entry skills to update customer records accurately in the database
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer experience
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during interactions
Analyze customer feedback and inquiries to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality and support sales objectives
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or related roles preferred
Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer needs and feedback
Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multitasking capabilities
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
