Do you have an interested in photography or art, and love helping others? We're seeking friendly, detail-oriented, Customer Service Representatives to join our small, creative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.?

This is a temporary seasonal position, with an expected ending date of December 31, 2025. If this turns out to be a great fit and you're loving it here, there is the possibility of staying on permanently, though that is not an expectation or requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in-store, by phone, and via email Provide information about our products and services, including prints, canvas, photo books, and custom framing Process orders, payments, and pickups Basic production assistance, such as sorting customer orders Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism Maintain a clean and organized studio environment Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and organizational abilities Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems Ability to work Saturdays and 4 weekdays per week? Interest in art, photography, or design is a plus! Some previous experience with Photoshop is a plus!
