Our reputation is founded on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and providing exceptional value to our dealer and customer network. As we expand nationally, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist us in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Position Summary
As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our dealers and customers, handling inquiries, entering and tracking orders, and ensuring a smooth post-sale experience. You'll play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by managing communication with professionalism, accuracy, and care.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer and customer inquiries
Accurately enter and manage sales orders using ERP and CRM systems
Provide status updates on production, shipping, and delivery timelines
Resolve routine issues independently and escalate complex problems
Coordinate with production, logistics, and service teams to meet customer needs
Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and order adjustments
Support service and warranty processes as needed
Qualifications
3+ years' experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing or B2B sales
Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Epicor, Salesforce, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability
Positive attitude, team-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
Familiarity with windows, doors, or building materials is an asset
Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset
