Duties

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns. Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate customer records. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Maintain a positive attitude while handling challenging customer interactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or related field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail. Ability to analyze information effectively and provide solutions. Sales experience is a plus; familiarity with upselling techniques is desirable. Multilingual capabilities are highly valued; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
