Our client a leading band in music performance is seeking a customer service representative to join their team in Scarborough.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Scarborough

Pay Range: $18 -$21 pr hr

What\xe2\x80\x99s the Job?

• Responding to incoming calls and emails from customers across Canada
• Processing orders, credit claims, and returns

Identifying and assess customers\' needs to achieve customer satisfaction
Managing customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up with the customer to ensure resolution is achieved * Updating records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

• Working with the customer service supervisor and manager to ensure customer service is being delivered in line with company standards

What\xe2\x80\x99s Needed?

• 3+ years of experience in a similar environment
• Fluent in English both written and verbal

Working knowledge of Musical Instruments, Home Audio, Pro Audio and Live Sound products would be highly preferred
Excellent computer skills, with Salesforce and MS Office applications
1+ year experience working with an ERP system such as SAP
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
