Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Schedule and dispatch plumbing service appointments efficiently
Maintain accurate customer and service records
Explain services and follow up with customers as needed
Support office operations and assist with administrative tasks
Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care
Availability & Compensation
This role requires
availability outside of regular business hours

most weekends
Weekend coverage is
shared with other staff
, though you will ideally be the
first point of contact
Compensation for after-hours and weekend calls is paid on a per-booked basis
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or call center work (preferred)
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable with computer-based systems and scheduling tools
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
