Duties

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues Perform accurate data entry to update customer accounts and transaction records Engage in upselling and sales opportunities to promote additional products or services Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer concerns promptly Support multilingual customers by providing services in both English and Spanish as needed

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or related roles preferred Strong data entry skills with attention to detail Bilingual proficiency in English required Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Experience with sales, upselling, or cross-selling techniques advantageous Ability to handle high-volume calls while maintaining professionalism and patience Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus
