Responsibilities



Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing excellent phone etiquette Assist customers with inquiries, product and service information, and issue resolution via phone and chat channels Perform accurate data entry to update customer accounts and transaction records Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer experience Maintain clear communication with customers in English as needed Analyze customer feedback and interactions to improve service quality Support sales initiatives by promoting relevant products or services based on customer needs Document all interactions thoroughly in the system for future reference

Requirements



Proven experience in customer service or call centre roles Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Demonstrated ability in data entry with attention to detail Sales experience or aptitude for upselling products/services is a plus Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and identify improvement areas Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism Knowledge of phone etiquette and effective communication techniques Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
