Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional, friendly manner. Schedule and dispatch plumbing service appointments efficiently. Maintain accurate customer and service records in our system. Explain services, and follow up with customers as needed. Support office operations and assist with administrative tasks. Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or call center work (preferred). Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Tech-savvy and comfortable working with computer-based systems and scheduling tools. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting. Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
