Harlan Fairbanks, a leader in snack food and beverage programs since 1938, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Professional to join our Saskatoon Branch. We provide comprehensive snack food and beverage solutions, from equipment and supplies to marketing, and we service everything we sell. Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and process orders from walk-in customers.
Handle telephone and email orders from customers.
Conduct weekly telephone outreach to ensure customer product needs are met.
Respond to and professionally manage customer inquiries.
Maintain the appearance and organization of the showroom.
Perform general office duties and other tasks as needed.
Support and assist the branch manager with various projects.
Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong organizational abilities.
Basic computer proficiency.
