We are looking for an individual who can represent our commitment to customers and community and help us build on it. The Customer Service Representative position belongs to someone who is a professional, customer-orientated individual with excellent communication skills. They possess a friendly attitude and a knowledge base in the automotive industry.
Duties:
Greet and advise customers ensuring every interaction is memorable and positive Assist in customer inquiries over the phone, through face-to-face, internet and email submissions Monitor workflow to maintain communication between shop schedule and customer's vehicles Complete intake and discharge of customer vehicles Receive and process payments from customers and provide estimates when necessary Keep and maintains records pertaining to customers' orders Help to keep shop clean/maintained Other tasks as discussed and assigned
Qualities:
Detail-orientated with accuracy and efficiency at the forefront Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Able to manage individual workload and keep up with the fast paced nature of the job Proficiency in using a computer and programs within the Microsoft Office suite Prior experience in the automotive industry considered an asset
