We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team providing service to the residents of our retirement community and those who come to visit.
One Customer Service Representative is scheduled 7 days a week from 4 to 8 PM and also from 8 am to 4 pm on Saturday, Sunday and Statutory Holidays.
This incumbent will be one of three customer service representatives who will be scheduled to cover these shifts.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries as we strive to provide high-quality service to our residents and guests.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers in person, via phone and email to provide support and information regarding services.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and preferences and offer appropriate options, solutions and resolutions
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
- Previous experience in customer service is an asset
