Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing assistance with product information. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service background, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Enter customer orders in a timely manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Maintain customer records and document all interactions with customers. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management as needed. Provide feedback to management on customer service trends and issues. Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements:

High School Diploma or higher Must be able to speak and communicate in English and French Must be able to do quick and simple Mathematics Computer knowledge is necessary (Microsoft Office + system) Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience SAP knowledge is a plus

Le candidat retenu sera charge de repondre aux demandes des clients, de resoudre leurs reclamations et de les aider a obtenir des informations sur les produits. Le candidat ideal possede d'excellentes competences en communication, une solide experience en matiere de service a la clientele et la capacite de travailler de maniere autonome avec un minimum de supervision.

Responsabilites :

Repondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients de maniere rapide et professionnelle. Saisir les commandes des clients dans les delais impartis. Fournir des informations precises sur les produits et les services. Tenir les dossiers des clients et documenter toutes les interactions avec eux. Resoudre les plaintes des clients et transmettre les problemes a la direction si necessaire. Fournir un retour d'information a la direction sur les tendances et les problemes lies au service a la clientele. Identifier les possibilites d'amelioration des processus et procedures de service a la clientele.
Exigences :

Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou plus Doit etre capable de parler et de communiquer en anglais et en francais. Doit etre capable de faire des mathematiques simples et rapides. Connaissances informatiques necessaires (Microsoft Office + systeme) Minimum 1 an d'experience en service a la clientele La connaissance de SAP est un atout
