Job Description
Springfield Instruments is a distributor of consumer products in the housewares industry. Our company is a primary supplier to all major retailers in Canada for over 25 years. We are looking for a bilingual, full time employee to join our team (in office) as a Customer Service Representative.
We need an enthusiastic individual who can multitask and support different types of customer service issues. The candidate will be trained in the functionality of our products in order to offer quick and accurate assistance to customers.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Log all incoming phone calls and emails into company's ERP system.
Create a summary record, in ERP system, of all customer interactions.
Create customer orders to ship out replacement parts.
Prepare Canada Post packages for replacement parts.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and establish a positive rapport with every caller
Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
REQUIRED SKILLS
High school/Cegep diploma
1-3 Years' experience as a customer service representative
Strong computer & MS Office skills
Patience and ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Fluent in English & French for customer service correspondence
