Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage directly with customers to deliver an excellent consumer experience while serving as a reliable point of contact for Irving Blending & Packaging. Your goal will be to ensure the speedy and effective resolution of customer concerns and to provide strong sales support throughout the Order to Cash process. Your success will be defined by your ability to build positive customer relationships, respond efficiently to inquiries, and contribute to a smooth, supportive, and customer?focused operation.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage specific portfolio as directed by Sales and Team Lead
  • Follows the Order to Cash Process, including order entry through to invoicing
  • Provides point of contact for customers and excellence in service through verifying and updating customer account information, trouble shooting and/or solving account related problems, managing the needs of the customer.
  • Timely invoicing and credit / rebill as needed
  • Monitor pricing and ensure any variances are corrected timely
  • Freight coding
  • Returns coordination
  • Communicating and troubleshooting all customer needs and provide sales support
Your Skills:
  • Business acumen and technical expertise
  • Must possess strong communication skills with ability to quickly build rapport and maintain relationships
  • Problem solving/decision making skills
  • Computer literacy is required, good organizational skills, strong analytical skills and good interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work well with others is required
Your Experience:
  • High School with Post-secondary education preferred
  • 1-3 years Contact Center experience
