What do the Customer Service Representatives do:



Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to provide accurate, friendly, and solution-focused support Resolve questions, concerns, or complaints with empathy and a calm, professional approach Guide customers through product troubleshooting and help them make the most of their purchases Recommend services, upgrades, and promotional offers tailored to each customer's needs Collect and update billing information, maintain customer billing profiles, and process transactions Manage the full customer journey - from initial order to delivery or service installation Address billing inquiries and handle cancellation requests while aiming to retain customers Spot opportunities to enhance the customer experience and share feedback with the team Attend regular team meetings and stay current with new service updates, tools, and promotions

Customer Service Representative requirements:



A diploma or degree in Business, Communications, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not required Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people You're available full-time (40 hours/week) and able to work on-site Excellent communication skills and a knack for building trust Can think on your feet, solve problems with confidence, and stay composed under pressure Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks Work well independently but also enjoy being part of a collaborative team 2-4 years of previous customer service experience is an asset, but we welcome those eager to learn
