We're looking for a
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
to be one of the first voices our customers hear when they call.
If you're polite, organized, and like helping people, we'll teach you the rest.
What You'll Be Doing
Answer incoming phone calls and emails with a friendly, professional attitude
Book service appointments and create work orders in our computer system
Ask good questions to understand what the customer needs (broken spring, noisy door, new opener, etc.)
Confirm addresses, contact info, and special notes so our techs are prepared
Coordinate with technicians and sales staff about schedules and job details
Do basic office/admin tasks such as data entry and updating customer records
Help keep the day running smoothly and customers feeling taken care of
What We're Looking For
A warm, friendly phone manner
Clear communication skills (spoken and written)
Comfortable using a computer and learning new programs
Organized, reliable, and able to handle busy periods calmly
Team player with a positive attitude
Nice to have (but not required):
Experience with
ServiceTitan
or other CRM/dispatch software
Previous customer service, call centre, or office experience
Experience in trades / home services / construction environments
No experience in garage doors is required. We're happy to train the right person.Job Details
