The Customer Service Rep. is responsible for carrying out all types of day-to-day activities such as: ensure timely resolution and communication with internal/external customers regarding a variety of issues, maintaining files and data entry, collecting customer information, answering and directing calls, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
Answering inquiries and provide prompt communication regarding status of shipments
Maintain all safety-related records, including Driver Qualification Files, maintenance logs, and accident reports, ensuring they are complete and up-to-date
Develop and deliver safety training for drivers and other transportation personnel, including orientation programs and ongoing professional development.
Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies (like telematics), and changes in safety regulations to recommend and implement improvements.
Work with leadership to build a strong safety culture within the organization, promoting safe practices and continuous risk improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
